Friday, June 1st |
11:40 am | Field trips meet at BLM office for 12 noon departure. |
4:00 pm | Registration and check-in begin at Meadow Lakes. |
4:30 pm | Expected return from field trips. |
5:00 pm | Social hour; no host bar at Meadow Lakes. No BYO. |
6:00 pm | Dinner (optional, pre-paid) |
7:15 pm | Program: An overview of the Ochoco Mountains. |

Saturday, June 2nd |
8:10 am | Field trips meet at BLM office for 8:30 am departure. |
8:15 am | Sack lunches (optional; pre-paid) available to pick up at BLM parking lot. |
4:30 pm | Expected return from field trips. |
5:00 pm | Social hour; no host bar at Meadow Lakes. No BYO. |
6:00 pm | Banquet (optional, pre-paid). |
7:00 pm | Annual Meeting. |
followed by | Program: "History of the Ochocos, a Cultural Landscape". |

Sunday, June 3rd |
8:400 am | Field trips meet at BLM office for 9 am departure |
9:00 am - 1:00 pm | Board Meeting at Meadow Lakes. |
2:00 pm | Expected return from some field trips.
Some field trips may disband in the field, and not return to Prineville. |
