Venue

The meeting will be held at Meadow Lakes Golf Course in Prineville. Please note that all food and beverages on the premises are served by the restaurant. There is no BYO of food or beverage.

Driving directions: from US 26 (NW 3rd Street), turn south on Meadow Lakes Drive, and continue 0.5 mile to the parking lot at the end of the road.

Friday and Saturday buffet dinners and Saturday sack lunch are optional, but must be registered and paid for in advance. The buffets will include items suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

Carpooling on field trips is recommended. A contribution to the driver of 10-cents per mile per rider is recommended.

Accommodations are on your own.
